Our Infrastructure team provides the end-to-end managed services and solutions for the Group's entire Internet infrastructure alongside running business applications. We excel in building the architecture, providing solutions and operations of data center, connectivity, cloud, networking, system, storage and security. We are a proud provider of high-quality and stable running business applications and services.

We are growing our infrastructure services on top of a large-scale, proven infrastructure platform, and we are looking for a Solution Architect to help customers adopt it. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and shape the right solution for each need, drawing on the product catalogue, pricing frameworks and service definitions set by the product team, while working closely with our internal infrastructure teams.

• Engage customers and stakeholders to understand business goals, workloads and technical requirements.
• Design infrastructure solutions across data center, compute, storage, network, internet and connectivity.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops and presentations, and own the technical content of solution proposals and proofs of concept.
• Develop customer-specific sizing, bills of materials and cost estimates, using pricing frameworks set by Product Management, to support sound, cost-effective proposals.
• Maintain a clear view of internal capabilities and capacity, and flag gaps between customer needs and what we can offer.
• Feed customer insights back to the product team to inform our service offerings and roadmap.
• Build reusable reference architectures and solution templates to speed up the requirement fulfillment cycle.
• Hand over agreed solutions to delivery teams with clear technical guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 7+ years in solution architecture or technical consulting in infrastructure, with exposure to several of: data center, server and storage, network, connectivity, cloud or hybrid.
• Solid understanding of data center fundamentals and enterprise networking.
• Proven ability to turn customer requirements into clear technical proposals.
• Strong commercial awareness, including infrastructure cost drivers and the ability to apply solution pricing frameworks to individual customer needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Background in a cloud provider, colocation or data center operator, telecom, CDN or managed services provider will be preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP, CCNP/CCIE, TOGAF) is a bonus.
