About Team

Our Infrastructure team provides the end-to-end managed services and solutions for the Group's entire Internet infrastructure alongside running business applications. We excel in building the architecture, providing solutions and operations of data center, connectivity, cloud, networking, system, storage and security. We are a proud provider of high-quality and stable running business applications and services to our internal business units.

Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will support or lead assigned infrastructure projects, depending on complexity, from requirements through acceptance, service launch, and handover to operations. You will maintain delivery plans and align teams, vendors, and stakeholders. For customer-facing projects, you may contribute delivery input during solution and proposal development and coordinate implementation after award.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units, customer-facing teams, architects, engineers, and operations to define scope, outcomes, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support proposals and RFP responses with delivery feasibility, schedules, resource assumptions, risks, and dependencies, working with solution and commercial owners.
  • Build and maintain project plans covering milestones, critical paths, procurement dependencies, vendor commitments, readiness, testing, change windows, cutover, and handover.
  • Coordinate relevant domain owners on data centre setup and commissioning, power and cooling readiness, server and storage deployment, network changes, or GPU/cloud rollout, depending on the project.
  • Track risks, issues, decisions, and changes; resolve or escalate blockers; coordinate maintenance windows and rollback plans; and work with accountable teams on security, site safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate testing, operational readiness, documentation, and acceptance evidence. Confirm ownership and hand over the launched service to the appropriate operations or service team.
  • Run project reviews and stakeholder communications appropriate to the assignment, including status reports, milestone reviews, delivery trade-offs, and escalations through acceptance and launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting or managing technology or infrastructure projects, with hands-on delivery exposure in at least one of these areas: data centres, servers or storage, networks, cloud platforms, or GPU/AI infrastructure.
  • Sound project management fundamentals, including schedule and dependency management, risk and change control, vendor coordination, and acceptance or handover planning.
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams, understand delivery dependencies, and coordinate contributors without direct line-management authority.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and the ability to explain project status and trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders.

Kindly note that you can only be considered for one role at a time with any of the companies within our Group. If you have applied for other jobs with the Group, you will be considered for roles in the order of your application.
