The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry. 

The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each, for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses: (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee.

1. You may only apply for one core business track — either (1) Garena or (2) Shopee & Monee — under the Sea Global MAP. You will only be considered and assessed for the track you have applied to first, if you have submitted multiple applications.
2. You may apply for 1 other role at Shopee & Monee alongside your SEA Global MAP application.
3. You may apply for the 2027 Finance Management Associate (FMA) Program alongside your 2027 SEA Global MAP (Shopee & Monee Track) application. If you do so, kindly note that you can only be considered for 1 role at a time across both programs, based on your indicated preference.
4. Candidates who wish to be based in China should apply to our China job posting, and the recruitment timeline for those positions may differ.

4) What Are the Possible Rotations?

You'll tackle high-impact projects and immerse yourself in functions crucial to our business. These exposures are designed to deepen your business acumen and groom you for future leadership. Your rotations and eventual landing roles will be carefully matched to business needs in harmony with your personal aspirations. Some of the core functions you might experience include:

• Shopee: E-Commerce Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and many more
• Monee: Business Development and Partnerships, Risk Management, Product Management and many more

5) What Is The Selection Process?

Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.

• Application: August – October
• Online Assessment: August – October
• Behavioral Interview: August – November
• Interviews with Senior Leaders: October – November
• Group Case Assessment with Executives: November – December

Who Are We Looking For? 

Calling out to all prospective and recent graduates with:

• A recognised Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution with strong academic credentials in any discipline; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required. 
• 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience, excluding internships and part-time working experience (as of 31st October 2026)
• Strong academic achievements, such as scholarships, Dean's List recognition, are an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and/or internship experience through co-curricular activities or with reputable organisations is an advantage.

*Note: You should have completed or be on track to complete your degree no later than June 2027, and are able to join us full-time by July 2027.
