About Team

The Sea Travel Desk, under the Group COO Office, oversees global travel operations, systems, policies, and strategic travel partnerships across the organization. The team focuses on building scalable travel systems, driving regional travel consolidation initiatives, and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency and traveler experience across markets.

Job Description

  • Design and improve travel systems, workflows, and policies to enhance scalability, governance, and user experience;
  • Lead the consolidation and standardization of domestic travel operations across multiple markets;
  • Serve as the business lead for travel systems enhancement projects, including workflow redesign, automation, rollout, and stakeholder management;
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI-assisted and agentic workflows to improve travel operations, including workflow orchestration, approval routing, reporting automation, anomaly detection, and traveler support processes
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, travel vendors, and booking platforms to optimize service delivery, operational flexibility, and cost efficiency;
  • Collaborate closely with regional travel teams and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational alignment and workflow integration;
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis of travel spend, booking trends, and operational performance;
  • Support escalations, urgent travel requests, and after-hours travel emergencies when required;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, travel systems, partnerships, consulting, or process transformation roles;
  • Strong systems thinking and experience driving workflow, system, or operational transformation initiatives;
  • Experience in automation, AI-enabled workflows, operational analytics, or process optimization;
  • Strong interest in building AI-assisted or agentic workflows to improve operational scalability and user experience;
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills;
  • Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on operational execution;
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven toward continuous improvement and scalable operational design;
  • Willingness to support after-hours travel emergencies and work one weekend every 2 months (off-in-lieu provided).
