About Team

You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the HQ Finance’s Transfer Pricing function ensures compliance with global TP regulations, maintains robust documentation, and supports the Group's tax strategy. You will manage and support the execution of transfer pricing compliance, reporting, and advisory activities across the jurisdictions in which the Group operates. 

Job Description

  • Responsible for the Group’s TP matters for the countries where the group operates in

You will be part of the Group Tax team based in Singapore overseeing transfer pricing (“TP”) matters.

  • Responsible for TP compliance work, monitoring TP reporting timelines and ensuring appropriate TP documentations are in place
  • Assist with any TP queries/audits by working closely with external service providers and local teams
  • Actively monitor, research and analyze any changes in TP rules and regulations in countries where the group operates in and assess impact from latest relevant regulatory / tax developments
  • Assist with the development of Group TP strategy and planning, work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on implementation
  • Work closely with finance teams to address any queries in relation to Group TP policies, related party transactions etc.
  • Responsible for the Group’s Country-by-Country Report (“CbCR”) filing and local notifications
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects related to TP

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/related discipline or other related professional qualification in accounting, such as Chartered Accountant and ACCA
  • CPA/CA or advanced taxation qualification preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Big 4 Transfer Pricing department and/or MNC in house tax department handling Transfer Pricing or a combination
  • Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulation
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills
  • Passionate with new challenges and highly adaptable to dynamic working environment
  • Able to research and manage project independently
