Our IT team is the backbone of our business. We help our company develop a competitive advantage through defining our technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising technical solutions that help us achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. 

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work with different stakeholders for designated functions to drive and maintain robust IT operations.

• Work closely with business teams to understand their current and future business objectives and IT requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and act as a liaison between IT and business teams
• Liaise between different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services
• Proactively monitor and report on operational status, deliverables, risks and issues to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished on time and in accordance with the business requirements
• Partner with other teams to help them execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology related
• Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for IT project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting and change management
• Good sense of problem isolation, prioritization, and time management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify problems and implement solutions with minimal downtime
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners
• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage operations team activities
• Excellent project management skills and high-quality successful project delivery experiences
• ITIL/ITSM Certification is a plus
