Job Description
Supporting the structuring and execution of various strategic and financing initiatives
Utilize financial modelling skills to analyze cash flows, assess risk factors, and optimize deal structures.
Ongoing maintenance of structured financing transactions (such as ABS).
Collaborate on the analysis and negotiation of strategic partnerships to secure long-term, sustainable capital that fuels our global expansion initiatives
Any other special projects on an ad hoc basis on a group level.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time working experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and/or Asset-backed Securities (ABS), preferably dealing with fintech lending companies
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
