About Team

You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas. You will be supporting the Finance employees on employee engagements and people operations matters.

Job Description

  • Ensure seamless operational execution for onboarding and induction, including working closely with corporate teams, welcoming new employees on their first day, conducting office tours and new joiner orientations
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, local labour requirements, and documentation standard
  • Own HR data integrity across people management platforms and ticketing tools; perform audits and periodic quality checks
  • Support rollouts of policy/process changes through communications, training, and updates to knowledge content platforms
  • Establish and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, templates, and standard work for consistent delivery
  • Contribute effective and creative solutions as the department designs a strategic and refreshing blueprint for engaging our employees
  • Identify pain points and implement process enhancements through standardization, automation, and self-service enablement
  • Partner with HRBPs and various stakeholders to deliver improvements and ensure positive employee experience
  • Support in the brainstorming and execution of a variety of internal engagement events such as townhall, department-wide activities, etc. to deliver first class employee engagement events
  • Assist in other engagement projects and support in tasks and projects for other HR verticals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in HR field
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong coordination and project management skills
  • Proactive and embodies a spirit of excellence with strong service attitude
  • Creative thinker who strives for continuous improvement, innovation and quality
  • Energetic, engaging with ability to motivate and inspire in a matrixed environment
