The Sea Travel Desk is part of the Group COO Office and is responsible for the group-wide international travel policy and process.
Job Description
Design, maintain, and ensure compliance with the Sea International Travel Policy, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify policy application through system design, workflow optimization, and automation;
Processing requests for hotel and flight bookings in a timely and pragmatic manner in accordance with the Sea International Travel Policy;
Explore and support the adoption of AI-driven solutions (e.g. intelligent request routing, data validation, anomaly detection, reporting automation) to improve operational efficiency and user experience;
Working closely with third-party vendors and booking agents to operationalize bookings;
Maintaining good and proper records of all travel requests and bookings for billing and management reporting purposes through the self-developed travel management system and purchasing system;
Serve as a key point of contact for travelers by resolving inquiries efficiently and improving clarity through better processes and tools;
Responding to after-hours travel emergencies and urgent requests;
Implement continuous improvement initiatives across travel policy refinement, operational processes, system enhancements, and vendor management, including participation in third-party contract negotiations;
Regular reporting to management on travel demand and patterns, as well as ad-hoc analysis when required; and
Support special projects related to company travel operations, digital transformation, AI enablement, and cross-functional operational improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business field
Adaptability to evolving business requirements
Willingness to learn and perform tasks across the front, middle and back office
Process-driven with strong execution ability

Proactive in proposing areas for continuous improvement

Work one weekend every 2 months (compensated with off-in-lieu)
