About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts for the human resource team. This role offers hands-on experience in talent sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics. You will work closely with the hiring team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process while contributing to strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and identify the right candidate profiles for open positions.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, identify talent pools, and determine the most effective sourcing channels.
- Engage with potential candidates via emails, social media, and phone calls to assess interest, inform them about job opportunities, and schedule interviews.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as sourcing conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recommend improvements.
