In this role, you will work closely with the team to evaluate and implement Finance-wide developmental programs which aim to attract, develop, and manage our talent pool with Sea Finance.   

• Learning Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage and implement L&D initiatives, including Learning Needs Analysis and competency frameworks
• Content Development and Instructional Design: Develop impactful training content, particularly in soft skills and leadership topics. Apply instructional design and adult learning principles across in-person, blended, and eLearning formats
• Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to employees at various levels, using varied delivery methods to ensure relevance, interactivity, and application
• Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills to manage multiple L&D programs concurrently, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder coordination and successful delivery
• Learning Collaboration: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to diagnose learning needs and curate relevant training solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development with ability to deliver training across diverse topics; experience in eLearning development is a plus
• Strong proficiency in content creation, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and results orientation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A fast learner with strong coordination abilities and project management expertise
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
