About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our team in building impactful, user-centric digital products. In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of key product areas — from shaping product strategy and roadmap to execution and continuous iteration.

This role is ideal for individuals with 3+ years of product management experience, who are looking to deepen their product leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas
• Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and prioritised feature sets
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality product solutions
• Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to inform product decisions
• Drive product discovery and experimentation to identify opportunities and validate ideas
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals
• Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and insights
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across levels, aligning expectations and timelines
• Champion user-centric thinking and advocate for product excellence across the organisation

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field from a recognised institution
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced or cross-functional environments
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across functions
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello)
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
