The role of Finance Transformation Specialist/Senior Specialist is pivotal in driving the standardization, optimization, and automation of key finance processes. This position entails designing and building automation solutions, engaging with stakeholders to implement solutions and discover new opportunities, and leading training programs to empower finance teams for continuous improvement. The individual will also provide the platform to inspire innovative ideas and coordinate with subject matter experts to achieve the overall finance objectives.

• Design and Build Automation Solutions: Utilize programming languages and/or LCNC (low-code/no-code) platforms to design and develop automation solutions for finance processes.
• Model Finance Processes: Analyze and conceptualize finance processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Engage with Internal Users: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation solutions, gather requirements, and identify new opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead Training Programs: Manage and lead training programs to empower finance teams with the skills and knowledge to develop automation solutions.
• Build Governance Framework: Establish a governance framework for the "non-functional requirements" of automation solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
• Inspire Innovative Ideas: Stay updated on industry trends and introduce the latest technologies to enhance finance transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimally 3 years of relevant professional experience, with a focus on finance transformation and process improvement.
• At least 2 years of experience in automation using programming languages and/or LCNC platforms. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL is required. Familiarity with Alteryx, Knime, and/or any RPA tools is considered advantageous.
• Proven project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience in product management or consulting is considered a valuable asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the finance and digital transformation sphere.
• Willing to relocate for assignments and/or take frequent business trips to Brazil.
