About Team

As part of the Digital Workplace Transformation team, you will play a critical role in transforming IT service delivery by supporting the development and enhancement of products related to IT Service Management (ITSM), monitoring tools, incident management, automation, and other enterprise IT applications that improve IT Operations efficiency.

You will assist in identifying areas of improvement, ensuring smooth product delivery, and helping drive a roadmap toward a more effective and user-friendly IT environment.

Job Description

Product Support

  • Assist in managing product roadmaps and delivery schedules under the guidance of senior leaders.
  • Track development progress, ensure timely updates, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
  • Support bespoke software development, including enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Assist in the development, launch, and post-launch monitoring

Research & Analysis

  • Analyze data such as user adoption, performance metrics, and user feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvements.
  • Support problem resolution and provide technical assistance for system applications.
  • Conduct research on tools, trends, and frameworks to enhance IT Operations products.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with internal IT teams and business partners to gather, document, and test change requests for ITSM and operations products.
  • Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and overall product goals.
  • Facilitate clear communication to bridge technical teams and stakeholders.

Technical Experience

  • Support the development and integration of tools that interface with IT systems, monitoring platforms, and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot, test, and improve product functionality.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Create and maintain product documentation, including presentations, reports, training guides, and technical specifications.
  • Track and report on KPIs to monitor product performance and outcomes.
  • Prepare materials for stakeholder updates, ensuring clarity and actionable insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in Product Analysis, Product Executive, Business Analysis, or Project Management roles, particularly in software development projects.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms,ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), monitoring tools, and integration frameworks; Design and Collaboration Tools such as  Figma, Diagram, or similar platforms.
