The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology, and become future leaders of the industry.

The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each - for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses.

Note: You may only apply for one core business i.e. either (1) Garena or (2) Shopee & SeaMoney under the Sea Global MAP. If you would like to focus on Garena, please apply to Sea Global MAP (Garena) position instead.

5) What Is The Selection Process?

Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.

Job Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

Calling out to all prospective and recent graduates with a recognised Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline, with 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of the last day of the application window) who are proficient in English and one of the languages in our operating markets to facilitate deployment and collaboration across the region, and will be able to join us in 2025.
